Welcome to the Harbor Beach Lighthouse! Our fourth season was very successful with visitors and residents enjoying the guided tours. 2015 Tours will begin June 20th and continue through September 5th. Two more tour dates have been added at the end of the season for special events. Our busiest days have been extended by 2 hours. The charter boat leaves from the Harbor Beach Municipal Marina. Experience the boat ride with harbor and breakwall information and learn about the history of this community?s most recognizable landmark. Our Preservation Society tour guides provide you with a glimpse of the life of a lightkeeper, answer questions, and even take photos!! Be sure to bring your camera! You don?t want to miss the ?portlight? photo op on the gallery level. It?s one of a kind and will make a wonderful souvenir memory to last a lifetime.

Mark your calendar and plan to join your friends to learn about the Noble Odyssey Foundation?s ?mission of Exploration, Research and Education with projects related to the natural history of the aquatic environment, primarily in the Great Lakes.? In the process, they develop maritime interests and skills of young people, such as Naval Sea Cadets of the Great Lakes Division.? The lighthouse preservation groups of Port Austin, Pte Aux Barques and Harbor Beach will also showcase their wonderful pieces of nautical history with special events, tours and presentations for the public to learn about our local lighthouses.More
